I received this book from Netgalley for a honest review.

A clean, sweet romance that leave looking for more. Grace, safe and predictable gets blindsided by adrenalin junkie Seth. Grace tries to keep their patient/therapist relationship strictly professional but something about Seth just gets under her skin. There is something that makes her willing to risk her safe life for something more. Also, the author was graciously enough to give us readers an additional love story inside this one.

Each character showed their personalities and realism as chapters progressed. Grace was an absolute favorite of mine. I felt her stress regarding Seth’s personality. Not to mention some scenes her guilt and grief was palpable. A few chapters towards the end broke my heart, but the ending pasted them back together. In the beginning, I thought it was going to be Seth and Lanna just from their scene. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that their relationship staid strictly pseudo-sibling.

This story was well-written and very PG. I would definitely count this story as a ‘pick me up’ book for sad days. A quick read for me but I enjoyed it. There was a mild annoyance in the form of a nosy side character that did nothing; but stick his nose in places it didn’t belong. But without him some of the plot would not have happened.

Basically, give this book a try. You can get it at your nearest bookstore, or on Amazon. It’s 3.99 or if you have Amazon Unlimited, you can try it for free. But I would definitely buy this book. I give Working It Out 4 out of 5 bids.
